Crynodeb
Denbighshire County Council is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide a Registrar's Management Information System to modernise the current Service and replace the existing system, which was procured around 15 years ago.
A Registrar’s Diary and Management system is essential to the operation of the Registration Service and the improved functionality offered by the systems currently on the market will improve the efficiency of the Service. The improvements expected would include allowing the general public to make online booking requests via an online diary, the facility to order a birth/death/marriage/CP certificate if the event occurred in Denbighshire and to pay online, to enable staff to use their time more efficiently.
