The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Strategic Research and Planning Consultant, to work collaboratively alongside ATiC and the NHS Wales REU’s to deliver the project components outlined in the Tender Specification document.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:

Suppliers are expected to consider how they might provide community benefits through its engagement and delivery of the contract and should to prepare an outline community benefits plan as part of the tender.

Relates to the following project/programme financed by EU Community Funds: This partnership, funded by Welsh Government and European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), has operated for four years since 2018 as the Accelerate Programme.

The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
