Mae Llyfrgell Genedlaethol Cymru am gaffael gwasanaethau Gwasanaeth Iechyd Galwedigaethol ar gyfer ei gweithlu o 250 o staff. Bydd y cytundeb yn cefnogi’r Llyfrgell mewn ystod lawn o Wasanaethau Iechyd Galwedigaethol a bydd gan y tendrwr llwyddiannus brofiad amlwg o reoli achosion cymhleth (ymysg materion eraill) o absenoldeb salwch, absenoldeb oherwydd materion disgyblaeth, problemau honedig cysylltiedig â gwaith, straen, pryderon iechyd meddwl a chaethiwed. Rhaid i’r tendrwr llwyddiannus fod â ffocws gwirioneddol ar les cydweithwyr, gyda dealltwriaeth gadarn o’r angen i wella presenoldeb, dychwelyd i’r gwaith, darparu cyngor ar ffitrwydd i weithio, addasiadau rhesymol a chydymffurfio â Deddf Cydraddoldeb 2010.
Dylid nodi bod y Llyfrgell yn sefydliad dwyieithog a bod y gallu i gyfathrebu ar lafar a darllen Cymraeg yn hanfodol ar gyfer y gwasanaeth hwn.
NATIONAL LIBRARY OF WALES - REQUEST FOR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES - MARCH 2023
The National Library of Wales is seeking to procure the services of an Occupational Health Service for its workforce of 250 staff. The contract will support the Library in a full range of Occupational Health Services and the successful tenderer will have a demonstrable experience of managing complex cases (amongst other matters) of sickness absence, absence pending disciplinary, alleged work-related problems, stress, mental health concerns and addictions. The successful tenderer must have a true focus on colleague wellbeing, with a solid understanding of the need to improve attendance, return to work, provide advice on fitness for work, reasonable adjustments and compliance with the Equality Act 2010.
It should be noted that the Library is a bilingual institution and that the ability to communicate verbally and read Welsh is essential for this service.
