Food Safety Support for Head Office, Service Centres and Mark IV Restaurant Services

Disgrifiad o'r nwyddau neu'r gwasanaethau sydd eu hangen

TfW require annual food safety validations of its four Catering Service Centres and Onboard food service operations, based on TfW’s Food Safety Management System, HACCP, and food safety legislation.

- Annual food safety compliance audits to be carried out on nominated suppliers.

- To carry out 6 monthly reviews of TfW’s Food Safety Management system.

- Offer reactive support for any failures / recommendations from EHO visits/Audits with one follow up inspection per site which requires improvement.

- Offer reactive support for any potential rescore request as a result of EHO visit determining a score under the expected 5. This includes gathering of evidence and submission of rescore request with Audit to ensure site is compliant and ready for reinspection.

The contract will cover a three year period with the scope as per below:

Catering Service Centres

Carry out annual validation inspections at each of TfW’s four Catering Service Centres:

 Carmarthen

 Chester

 Newport

 Shrewsbury

Provide a detailed gap analysis report from each inspection with remedial action recommendations in the event of any FSMS/HACCP non-compliance.

Mark IV Restaurant Services

Carry out three validation inspections per year onboard TfW’s “restaurant” catering services as agreed with TfW.

Provide a detailed gap analysis report from each inspection with remedial action recommendations in the event of any FSMS/HACCP non-compliance.

Supplier Audits

Carry out up to three food safety compliance audits per annum with nominated TfW suppliers and premises.

Provide a detailed Audit report with recommendations.

Food Safety Management System Reviews

In accordance with TfW’s Food Safety Management System, along with representatives from TfW, carry out 6 monthly reviews of FSMS and HACCP’s, amending all associated documentation as required.
