Crynodeb
Supply of Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent services to support procurement and delivery of a £6.75m (exclusive of VAT), Enterprise Engineering & Optics Centre capital build project.
Location of works is Wrexham (New Build) & St Asaph (Refurbishment)
The Project will be procured under a 2 stage Design & Build process.
The appointed Construction Contractor Partner will be appointed involving a JCT Pre Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) and also JCT Design & Build 2016 Form of contract
