Crynodeb
The time has come for Monmouthshire County Council (MCC) to reconsider its role and purpose in the context of a changing public sector landscape. MCC wishes to pose a set of questions around the Council’s core purpose; redesigning our operating model so that it meets the demands of our future generations; rethinking and redefining our relationships with our communities and partners to consider, evaluate and implement new ideas and processes that will satisfy our appetite not only for the economic growth of the Council but for the County. We therefore want to work with advisors who, through the application of a tried and tested methodology and process of practical and focussed challenge sessions, can help us define our short, medium and long term demands and opportunities.
