Disgrifiad byr o'r contract neu'r pryniant/pryniannau

The National Assembly for Wales is the democratically elected body that represents the interests of Wales and its people, makes laws for Wales and holds the Welsh Government to account. It is made up of 60 elected Assembly Members, who, between them, represent the different areas of Wales. This framework will support the scrutiny functions of the Assembly and will form part of a programme of Continuous Professional Development that has been developed to support and enable Assembly Members and their staff to carry out their work. While the support will primarily be aimed at the Assembly's Committees and their Chairs there may also be a requirement within the framework to provide training to support other aspects of the Assembly's scrutiny activities, including to officials. The framework duration will be for a 4 year period. The framework has been divided into 6 Lots. Suppliers are able to bid for one or more of the Lots.

Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru yw’r corff sy’n cael ei ethol yn ddemocrataidd i gynrychioli buddiannau Cymru a’i phobl, i ddeddfu ar gyfer Cymru ac i ddwyn Llywodraeth Cymru i gyfrif. Mae'n cynnwys 60 Aelod Cynulliad etholedig, sydd, rhyngddynt, yn cynrychioli gwahanol ardaloedd Cymru. Bydd y fframwaith hwn yn cefnogi swyddogaethau craffu'r Cynulliad a bydd yn dod yn rhan o'r rhaglen Datblygiad Proffesiynol Parhaus a ddatblygwyd i gefnogi a galluogi Aelodau'r Cynulliad a'u staff i gyflawni eu gwaith. Tra bydd y gefnogaeth yn bennaf yn cael ei hanelu at bwyllgorau'r Cynulliad a'u Cadeiryddion, efallai y bydd yn ofynnol o fewn y fframwaith i ddarparu hyfforddiant i gefnogi agweddau eraill ar weithgareddau craffu'r Cynulliad, gan gynnwys ar gyfer swyddogion. Cyfnod y fframwaith fydd pedair blynedd. Mae'r fframwaith wedi cael ei rannu yn chwe Lot. Gall cyflenwyr wneud cais ar gyfer un Lot neu fwy.
