Independent Valuation, Land Selling and Estate Agency Services Framework

CCG is looking to establish a Framework Agreement to deliver the following services within Gwynedd:

*Independent Valuation (Lot 1)

* Land Selling Services (Lot 2)

* Estate Agency Services (Lot 3)

The framework will have a duration of four years. Each of the three lots will be broken down into the same three sub-lots as follows: Arfon, Meirionydd and Dwyfor. Suppliers can apply to be appointed to one or more lots, however suppliers cannot be on the independent valuation Lot Lot 1) if they are on the other two lots and vice-versa.

Please note that the value of the framework agreement cannot be guaranteed by CCG.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:

CCG are actively engaging their service providers and supply chain in community initiatives aimed at creating targeted opportunities for the communities within which we work. As part of the procurement process we would like you to detail what suppliers to indicate what they could offer as part of their commission against a set of examples included in the tender documentation.
