Crynodeb
Sell2Wales is the Welsh Government’s procurement portal set up to help businesses win contracts with the public sector and to allow public sector buyers to advertise and manage tender opportunities free of charge.
Each year, billions of pounds worth of contracts for public sector goods and services are advertised through Sell2Wales. These contracts are offered by a wide range of publicly-funded organisations including the Welsh Government; Local Authorities; NHS bodies; and Further and Higher Education Institutions.

Framework Agreement Reference: Rm1557.13 CCS G-Cloud 13 Services. Under the Public Contracts Regulations
2015 (“PCR 2015”), a contracting authority is not required to issue an award notice for Call-Off Contracts awarded
using frameworks, but the Welsh Government has undertaken to voluntarily comply with WPPN 02/22 in relation to
the above referenced mini competition under this framework.
