Flintshire CC STAR Survey 2024
As part of the overall requirements of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (SATC), all Social Landlords must conduct a 'regular' Tenant and Resident Survey (STAR) for residents. The STAR survey is a nationally recognized survey of satisfaction with a standard; it collects standard data, and this data is used by the Welsh Government to compare providers with each other.
The STAR survey was last commissioned by Flintshire in 2021, but the requirement is that the survey be carried out every 5 years, at least
