Crynodeb
The Port of Milford Haven wishes to appoint expert property consultants for the provision of Real Estate Leasing Agency Services, to support the MHPA Commercial Property Team, who on occasion require specialist help to carry out commercial property marketing campaigns and assist us to secure new tenants.
The Port of Milford Haven is seeking dedicated RICS Commercial Property Agents to promote our commercial property space and carry out task specific property marketing strategies on a mix of small and more complex commercial properties where specialist property knowledge is needed to attract clients who are seeking sustainable solutions to achieve their short and long-term business needs.
Professional property experts are required to promote and deliver creative and innovative property marketing strategies to strengthen our visibility and reputation as a leading sustainable business destination through the promotion of the marine, engineering and energy opportunities at Pembroke Port and our mix of prime retail and other commercial business opportunities that we have available at Milford Waterfront, Havens Head Retail Park and Havens Head Business Park.
