The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) wishes to appoint a qualified and experienced Architect to lead on the site appraisal and concept design of an agricultural hub scheme (“the Service”).

The purpose of this commission is to conduct an appraisal of ‘the site’, assess the spatial viability for the project within the developable area of the site and complete a concept design for an Agri-Food Hub scheme.

Interviews will be held on 11th December and will be approximately 30 minutes long with a Question and Answer format.
It is important to note that the successful bidder must complete the required services by 17 March 2025.
The Vale of Glamorgan Council has declared a Climate and Nature emergency and is committed to working with suppliers that contribute to our journey towards Net Zero Carbon
Tenders may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favourably than a tender submitted in English.

Please be aware that the minimum requirements for both Employers and Public liability Insurance is now £5 (five) million each. This notice supercedes the figures as stated in the tender document.
