The provision is for primary and secondary age children and young people with Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) profile of need. Wiltshire Council will be providing the premises on a peppercorn rent.

For some of these young people, the SEND service commission 16 hour per week packages of support from alternative provision settings who are able to offer this.
Wiltshire also has a small but important cohort of learners with EHCPs in this age range who have an agreed EOTIS funding arrangement where multiple alternative provisions are involved, and not all have a permanent base.
