In addition, there is a requirement for roofline works (Gutters, Facias and Soffits) minor roof works and roofing repairs. There is a reroof mixture of pitched and flat roofs using a variety of slates and tiles on pitched roofs and various design and build flat roof systems.
Annually there are approximately 300 properties requiring roofing works located across the district.
