Crynodeb
The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) requires the Installation of new concrete floors, External repairs, Replacement roof coverings, & Interior Redecoration to 3 & 4 Agnes Street Barry CF64 2JW (“the Works”).
The Works are required on a total of Two (2) properties to ensure compliance with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (“WHQS”).
The Works will include the installation of new reinforced concrete floor slabs, brickwork repair and repointing, replacement roof coverings, new fascia boards and interior redecoration to 3 & 4 Agnes Street CF64 2JW and associated works.
