The aim of the service is to ensure young people are placed in high quality accommodation, providing support for young people and care leavers within Lewisham, offering flexible medium to high support packages to help service users develop the skills to sustain independent accommodation and to prepare their transition to adulthood.
The service must have the flexibility to meet the changing needs of individual children and young people, as well as the changing profile of the Borough. Improving placement stability, cost efficiency and most effectively supporting the transition to leaving care or independent
