Cyfiawnhad:
Due to urgent operational requirements, the standard timescales for using the Restricted Procedure in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 are impracticable. Salix Homes is therefore using the Restricted Procedure adopting accelerated timescales pursuant to Regulation 28(10) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to award both lots of the Framework Agreement.
