Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:

Bidders are required to produce a Methodology Statement detailing the proposed Social Value benefits your organisation will bring over and above the requirements of the Specification, specific to this contract, including:

- Promoting skills and employment;

- Supporting the growth of responsible regional businesses;

- Creating healthier, safer and more resilient communities;

- Protecting and improving the environment;

- Promoting social innovation.

Your response should also include but not be limited to:

1. Environmental: Please detail the main environmental objectives to improve environmental performance in the delivery of this contract including a plan of how these will be achieved.

2. Social: Please describe how your organisation will raise awareness of and promote health and wellbeing to improve the mental and physical health of employees and participants. Please detail how your organisation will participate and support development initiatives and programmes within the local community. Working collaboratively with local partners to improve the wellbeing of participants.
