Welsh Government Smart Living has extended the completion period for companies or organisations from the private, public and third sectors to submit proposals for the Hydrogen Business Research & Innovation for Decarbonisation (HyBRID) SBRI from today until 09.00, 26 November 2021please see the new extension notice on Sell2Wales.

Completed applications must be submitted by the Postbox function on Sell2Wales page linked to the notice.

The HyBRID fund is worth £2m and has two strands:

Strand 1- Feasibility – Feasibility and development (R&D) contracts for hydrogen projects with costs up to £50,000 inclusive of VAT.

Strand 2 – Prototype Development & Evaluation - industrial and business research contracts for hydrogen projects with eligible costs from £50,000 to £250,000 inclusive of VAT for development and evaluation/FEED. “Prototype” encompasses an initial creation of a product/service that shows the basics of what it will look like, what it will product/service will do and how it operates.

Please submit any projects you feel might be eligible for HyBRID and share this information with your colleagues and networks. There is still time to get your application in.
