Scopes: Civils construction elements included in the framework: - Level Boarding - Under Track Crossings - Installation of Station Tactiles - Earthworks schemes - Retaining wall schemes - Culvert construction - Track drainage Cwmbach Station Level Boarding Drawings - Cwmbach Station Supplier to carry out their own takeoff to confirm actual works and quantities - Corus Style Section - contains but not limited to - Remove front steel angle - Remove Coper and Tactile - Clean off steel deck - Make steel work adjustments - Reinstall coper to new line and level - Install tactile - Adjust platform surface to suit - Reapply white/yellow lines - Supply spare materials (10%) - Block & Beam - contains but not limited to - Remove Cope and Tactile - Clean off surface - Reinstall coper to new line and level - Install tactile - Adjust platform surface to suit - Reapply white/yellow lines - Supply spare materials (10%) - Engineer provision - Setting out and gauge surveys - As-built production of level boarding - Quality control - BIM360 checklists and sign off Working/access availability - Works to be planned to be carried out Midweek Nights based on 7hour possession times and a Saturday night Possession window of 8 hours Additional Information - Schedule of rates (produce list of competencies) - Mid week days - Mid week nights - Weekend days - Weekend nights - Bank Holidays - Welfare Van - Groundhog - List of all materials including rates - Cancellation notice period - Stand Down Rates Attendances - BB/AIW to supply Main Welfare Accommodation - BB/AIW will provide Possession Management Staff - BB to provide access to digital systems - supplier to provide hardware (iPAD) - Supplier to provide all site labour including COSS/SWL - Supplier to ensure that COSS/SWL are to have iPADs to use the digital epics system - Supplier to provide localised welfare as required - Supplier to provide all materials (inc water etc) - Supplier to provide all plant and tools (inc site lighting) Pentrebach Station Level boarding Drawing - Pentrebach LB Supplier to carry out their own take off to confirm actual works and quantities - Supplier to provide full details of Method and Risks - Standard platform construction - contains but not limited to - Remove Coper and Tactile - Clean off surface - Raise blockwork and over sail blocks - Install FP McMann Tactile and coper unit - Raise ironwork - Install edging kerbs to back of platform and around cabinets - Alter platform drainage - Install surfacing to suit new coper levels and falls as per design - Reapply white/yellow lines - Supply spare materials (10%) - Engineer provision - Setting out and gauge surveys - As-built production of level boarding - Quality control - BIM360 checklists and sign off Working/access availability - Works to be planned to be carried out during a blockade, please can the supplier identify how long they require to complete these works.
