Shared Prosperity Fund – Conwy Key Funds Evaluation

Disgrifiad o'r nwyddau neu'r gwasanaethau sydd eu hangen

Conwy County Borough Council wishes to appoint a suitable Supplier(s) to deliver the contract Shared Prosperity (SPF) Key Funds Evaluation.

The term of the contract period is anticipated to be from 25th November 2024 to 28th February 2025.

Evaluation of the following Key Funds:

- Community Regeneration Key Fund,

- Supporting Local Business Key Fund

- People & Skills Key Fund.

A detailed evaluation is required for the three Key Funds focusing on their effectiveness and achievements at a local level. The Evaluation should consider (this list is not exhaustive):

- Delivery against Uk Gov, Wales and local strategies, Wellbeing & Future Generations Act.

- The extent to which each Key Fund delivered on UKSPF outputs and outcomes.

- The long term impact and benefit on target beneficiaries and the local area.

- Additional / unexpected outputs or outcomes achieved.

- Value for Money.

- Project delivery by Grant recipient including Net Zero, environmental impacts, Welsh language and equality.

- Examples of best practice and lessons learnt.

- Grant recipient support available and provided.

- Governance arrangements.

- Promotion of the grant funds - marketing & publicity.

The main report can be submitted in English but the Executive Summary must be available bilingually in Welsh and English.
